Beschrijving

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Bereiding:
  1. Meng de koriander, limoen, rode ui, rode peper, knoflook, komijnzaad & olijfolie in de vijzel.
  2. Snijd het vliesje van de Picanha af. Dit kan nogal taai zijn.
  3. Snijd de vetlaag van de Picanha in met dunne snedes.
  4. Rub deze snedes in met grof zeezout, zwarte peper en de rub.
  5. Doe hetzelfde met de onderkant van de Picanha.
  6. Laat de marinade intrekken terwijl je de BBQ aansteekt.
  7. Plaats het hitteschild.
  8. Warm de BBQ op tot 110C.
  9. Plaats de Picanha op de BBQ.
  10. Plaats een kern thermometer.
  11. Laat garen tot 60C.
  12. Haal de Picanha van de grill, en warm de BBQ op tot 220C zonder hitteschild.
  13. Grill de Picanha nu aan beide kanten voor 1 min.
  14. Pas op dat het vlees niet verbrand door de vlammen die ontstaan tijdens het grillen van de vetlaag.
  15. Laat het vlees 5min rusten.
  16. Nu kun je het vlees aansnijden.
  17. Eet smakelijk!
