[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Bereiding:- Meng de koriander, limoen, rode ui, rode peper, knoflook, komijnzaad & olijfolie in de vijzel.
- Snijd het vliesje van de Picanha af. Dit kan nogal taai zijn.
- Snijd de vetlaag van de Picanha in met dunne snedes.
- Rub deze snedes in met grof zeezout, zwarte peper en de rub.
- Doe hetzelfde met de onderkant van de Picanha.
- Laat de marinade intrekken terwijl je de BBQ aansteekt.
- Plaats het hitteschild.
- Warm de BBQ op tot 110C.
- Plaats de Picanha op de BBQ.
- Plaats een kern thermometer.
- Laat garen tot 60C.
- Haal de Picanha van de grill, en warm de BBQ op tot 220C zonder hitteschild.
- Grill de Picanha nu aan beide kanten voor 1 min.
- Pas op dat het vlees niet verbrand door de vlammen die ontstaan tijdens het grillen van de vetlaag.
- Laat het vlees 5min rusten.
- Nu kun je het vlees aansnijden.
- Eet smakelijk!
