Nutritious Noodle Soup with Smoked Chicken
This warming and easy-to-prepare noodle soup is perfect for cold days! Thanks to the smoked chicken, this recipe is not only delicious but also food-safe when stored in a cooler bag.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
For: 1 person

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole wheat noodles
  • 100 g smoked chicken fillet
  • 1/3 broccoli
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 0.7 L water
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 1 bag of miso paste

Preparation method

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the egg and cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, pick the broccoli into small florets.
  4. Cut the red pepper into pieces and the chicken fillet into thin slices.
  5. After 4 minutes of cooking the egg, add the noodles, broccoli and red pepper.
  6. Add the stock cube and simmer for another 4 minutes.
  7. Place the miso paste in a soup bowl.
  8. Serve the noodles and vegetables in the bowl and pour in the broth until the noodles are submerged.
  9. Place the slices of smoked chicken on top and let them warm up briefly.
  10. Cut the boiled egg in half and serve with the noodles.
