Nutritious Noodle Soup with Smoked Chicken
This warming and easy-to-prepare noodle soup is perfect for cold days! Thanks to the smoked chicken, this recipe is not only delicious but also food-safe when stored in a cooler bag.

Ingredients
- 50 g whole wheat noodles
- 100 g smoked chicken fillet
- 1/3 broccoli
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 egg
- 0.7 L water
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1 bag of miso paste
Preparation method
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the egg and cook for 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, pick the broccoli into small florets.
- Cut the red pepper into pieces and the chicken fillet into thin slices.
- After 4 minutes of cooking the egg, add the noodles, broccoli and red pepper.
- Add the stock cube and simmer for another 4 minutes.
- Place the miso paste in a soup bowl.
- Serve the noodles and vegetables in the bowl and pour in the broth until the noodles are submerged.
- Place the slices of smoked chicken on top and let them warm up briefly.
- Cut the boiled egg in half and serve with the noodles.
