Outdoor Food Customer Service
Shipments
Delivery & Pickup Options
With outdoor food you can have your order delivered in several ways.
At home
We deliver your package Monday through Saturday. If you're not home, the package will be left with your neighbors (if possible), or the delivery driver will come back the next day (except Sundays).
PostNL location
During checkout, you can choose one of over 2,000 PostNL collection locations throughout the Netherlands. The Track & Trace code will tell you when you can pick up your package.
outdoor food showroom
Pickup is also possible at an outdoor food store near you. During the ordering process, you can indicate where you'd like to pick up your order.
Deliveries abroad
You can have your order delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Unfortunately, delivery outside these countries is not possible. Please allow a few extra days for delivery to Belgium and Germany.
Postage costs
For orders over €49.99, delivery is free. For orders under this amount, you can have your order delivered free of charge to one of our outdoor food stores. If you want orders under €49.99 delivered to your home or a PostNL collection point, the delivery fee is €4.95. This will be automatically applied in your online shopping cart.
Order not received?
Always check the following if you have not received a package:
Is there a note from the postman in your mailbox? Perhaps the package was delivered to your neighbor's house.
Track & Trace code (this indicates where the package should be)
Is the delivery address in the order confirmation correct?
Still unsure where your package is? Please wait a little longer, as it might be delayed. If you haven't received it after 3 days, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Refund
Did you return an online order to Outdoor-food or cancel an order? We'll refund you via the payment method you selected during checkout. It will take up to 5 business days for the money to be credited to your account. If you haven't received the refund after 5 business days, please contact our customer service.
Purchase in store
If you paid in-store but are returning your purchase, we'll contact you to arrange a refund.
Klarna
Did you order with Klarna? Your refund will be processed through Klarna. For questions about this, please contact Klarna customer service.
My payment was declined, what now?
When paying, do you receive the message: "An iDEAL transaction is still being processed"? This is a notification from iDEAL itself to prevent duplicate payments for an order. It works like this: if you proceed to the payment process and then return to the Bever website, your browser will save your payment session. When you return to this payment process, iDEAL will treat it as if you're about to pay for the second time. What now? This page will remain active for approximately 90 minutes. You can choose to wait 90 minutes, but a faster option is to return to outdoor-food.nl and delete your cookies. Read here how to delete cookies. The final option is to place the order again using a different browser.
Why was my credit card payment declined?
Due to their vulnerability to fraud, all credit card payments are subject to a payment check. This is done automatically and based on a wide range of criteria. For privacy reasons, we are unfortunately unable to share the reason for the declined payment. We cannot reverse a declined payment. Your order has been automatically canceled, and the hold on your credit card will expire within 5 business days. If you still want to receive your order, please place it again and select a different payment method.
Returns
Returns in store
You can return your order free of charge in our showroom.
Return Policy
You have a 30-day cooling-off period on purchases.
The item is complete and in its original packaging with the price tag attached.
The item is in new condition* and has not yet been released.
*It's complete, in its original packaging, and has an attached price tag or barcode. This way, we can make someone else happy with it.
Do I have to pay return costs if I return my order by post?
If you return something to outdoor-food by mail, you will indeed pay return shipping costs, even if you've already paid shipping costs for your order.
If you return an order for which you paid shipping costs by mail in its entirety, you will ultimately only pay the return shipping costs. If you return part of that order by mail, you will ultimately pay both shipping costs and return shipping costs.
Returns to one of our stores are always free.
Can I cancel my return?
Please contact our customer service to cancel your return. Make sure you have your customer reference number or order number ready, and we will cancel the return for you.
