T-Bone Steak from the BBQ
A deliciously tender T-bone steak, perfectly grilled during a winter BBQ in the snow. Served medium rare and seasoned with a spicy salt rub.

Ingredients
- 1 T-Bone Steak
- Coarse sea salt
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
Preparation method
- Let the steak come to room temperature.
- Heat the BBQ to 120°C .
- Marinate the meat with coarse sea salt and cayenne pepper.
- Grill the steak to a core temperature of 35°C .
- Turn the meat over and continue grilling until a core temperature of 46°C is reached.
- Preheat the BBQ to 230°C .
- Grill the steak on each side for 2 minutes for a nice crust.
- Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before carving.
