You can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This is called the "cooling-off period." This period begins the day after you receive the item. If you ordered multiple items at once, you can cancel up to 14 days after receiving the last item. The item must, of course, be unused and complete, including, if reasonably possible, the original packaging. If you have damaged the product, we cannot accept returns.
